All data is encrypted in transit using SSL certificates (HTTPS). Our infrastructure is protected by Cloudflare against bots and DDoS attacks to ensure 99.99% availability.

Data Retention & Deletion

Backups are performed daily and retained for 7 days. Your data can be fully deleted from our active databases upon an official request, though we retain basic clinic records (Name, Owner, Contact) for administrative purposes.

Confidentiality

We do not sell or share patient data with third parties for marketing purposes. All data processing is strictly for the operation of the clinic.

CliniCore.ai is an AI-powered assistant; all clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider.

We never share your sensitive data without approval, except for basic info required by supported payment methods and backend infrastructure providers. Non-personally identifiable info (e.g., IP addresses) may be shared with third-party advertisers.
